With 2019 in full swing, there’s a lot to look forward to. A new year means new opportunities, but it’s nice to look back at some of the highlights from last year every once in a while… We released some of our best new home models in 2018, and we think they’re worth a feature or two! We had quite the lineup in 2018, so for today’s roundup we’ll take a look at some great front attached garage homes!
Our New Front Attached Garage Homes
The first model on our list of 2018 additions is the Belmont. With a base floor plan of 1565 square feet including 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, the Belmont is a perfect starter home or nest for growing families.
The main floor features an open-concept space with plenty of cabinetry in the kitchen, a central island with a raised eating bar, and direct access to the dining nook and great room. If you host often, the Belmont provides a great space for bringing guests together.
Belmont is functional too: a half bathroom on the main floor is close to the garage entry and convenient for guest use, while upstairs, the washer and dryer are located centrally. Make laundry day convenient – forget about trekking up and down the stairs!

Next up in our front attached garage homes is the Memphis: 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms, and 1720 square feet – perfect for entertaining on the main floor or upstairs.
Memphis features a spacious front entry area with lots of closet space and a half bath nearby – great for welcoming guests, or coming home. Unload groceries with ease: the kitchen features a walk-through pantry across from the garage entry, a large island with a flush eating bar, and long counters with ample space for any chef. The great room, nook, and kitchen are all connected in an open concept – cook, eat, and entertain in one central area.
Upstairs, a large loft is open to below. The loft is ideal for cozy nights in, family movies, or another entertaining space for guests. The second floor also features a laundry area, full main bathroom, and two secondary bedrooms with enough space for a growing family.

The third new model in our front attached garage homes list is the Sampson. This popular 1610 square foot floor plan includes 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Sampson’s practical design is sure to make it a favourite, with a laundry area and half bathroom on the way from the entry to the open-concept main floor.
