model-feature-the-bentley-featured-image.pngLife is full of “firsts” – your first love, first car, first home – and those events are often some of the most exciting. Here at Pacesetter, we’d like to introduce you to another “first” to get excited about; it’s our first ever show home in Leduc!

This dazzling show home, the Bentley , has been built in a brand new neighbourhood, Meadowview. In the dynamic city of Leduc, Meadowview sits as a community offering advantages of city living, while maintaining the relaxing atmosphere of a small town. The parks, playgrounds (this community is where you'll find the famous Dino Park!), lakes, and trails that surround Meadowview are paired with easy access to amenities to create this ideal balance.

Amenities include multiple retail centres, schools, a hospital, and the Leduc recreational centre. For anything else, the QE2, the international airport, and the Anthony Henday can all be accessed quickly. You can have it all in Meadowview, where you’ll find single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and now, the Bentley!

The Exterior

At 71 McKenzie Court, you’ll see a signature model home with brownstone siding colour and nutmeg trim. This is the Bentley, and its’ charm is not to be overlooked. This 1,736 square foot home has a two-car front attached garage. But it's not your typical double garage. We've increased the size by 4’ x 3’ in size. Will you use it for extra storage space? Put in a workbench? Whatever your needs may be, the Bentley delivers flexibility.

This is especially clear inside the home. So let's check out the interior!

Stepping into the Bentley can be accompanied by a relaxing sigh of relief as it feels spacious and unrestricted. The entryway features a large corner closet for storage space to keep that area free of clutter. Around the corner, you’ll find a powder room and a sizeable laundry room attached to the garage entry.

From the laundry room, you can walk through the passageway into a large pantry, then continue through the pantry door connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen is part of the entirely open main area, expanding into a dining nook and a great room.

An island with a raised eating bar acts as a central piece, breaking the continuity of these spaces. Dad can prepare a meal in the kitchen, the kids can finish homework at the island, and mom can read by the fireplace in the great room, all while enjoying each other’s company and conversation.

Not only is the layout convenient and open, it’s filled with some beautiful features adding to its grandeur. The main floor is finished with hardwood and ceramic tile throughout, with granite countertops and a ceramic tile backsplash in the kitchen.

It is warmed by a 36” gas fireplace complete with a custom Pacesetter mantle and ceramic tile in the great room, and brightened by a door leading from the dining nook outdoors.

Second Floor

When you reach the top of the staircase to the upper floor, you’ll notice it is open to below. This unique characteristic contributes to the open and airy feeling carried through the entire home.

The hallway leads right into a beautiful bonus room with a vaulted ceiling. Whether you use this room as a home office, games room, or simply an additional hang-out area, the flexibility is there for you to play with. At this end of the home, you'll also find the two secondary bedrooms and the main bath, which make up the majority of the front half of the upper floor.

At the other end of the second level you’ll find a private retreat in the form of the generously-sized owner’s suite. This room is complete with an L-shaped walk-in closet and ensuite bath, fit with laminate post-form countertops. The ensuite also features both a standing shower and soaker tub, and a toilet tucked behind a privacy wall.

While undoubtedly beautiful, the real charm of this home comes from the feelings it can give you. The openness flowing throughout the home add a true comfort and freshness to this model, but you have to see it to feel it.

With a projected opening date in June 2017, kick off your summer by visiting the Bentley and bring those feelings to life.

Our first show home could end up being your very own first home! And no excitement will be spared if it’s not your first home; we think it can be the first home you’ll never want to leave.
